intuitive movement podcast

a space for dancers and humans to process and heal the relationships we have with our bodies

I started taking dance classes at the age of 2 1/2, and I didn’t stop until I was 22. I had 20 years of amazing studies that brought me to places like Loyola Marymount University, SF Conservatory of Dance, and Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company in Israel. After all that training, I decided to take a break.

Movement is healing.

In the process of letting go of my formal dance training, I found a way to approach movement a little differently. Fusing the world I knew with ritualistic practices allows me to tap into a different aspect of movement in my body.

Tammi and I met in our early teens.

We’ve been through many phases of friendship, and we are both SO GRATEFUL to be working on the Intuitive Movement Podcast together. Tammi is not only my cohost, but my business partner, sister in spirituality, editor, peer, and continual inspiration. We have many plans and dreams for the future, and are so excited to continue growing with you all.
